Order placed before 3pm will be despatched the next day.
If your chosen goods are out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by phone or e-mail.
If we cannot meet your requirements we will credit your method of payment.
You will receive an email or text message once your order is despatched, along with a Royal Mail tracking reference.
Delayed Orders
Please call our Customer Services team if your order has not arrived within 7 days with the order reference number from your confirmation email.

Returns
We respectfully remind you that returns are only applicable to purchases made online.
Unfortunately due to high postage prices we will need to charge you for the second postage.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason, you are not satisfied we will exchange or refund providing the item is returned in perfect condition with all labels and tags attached and original packaging within 7 days.
Please note when trying on items of clothing do not remove labels.
Goods must be returned in the original packaging with all enclosed documentation.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any goods that are marked or damaged in any way.
Returns:
If you wish to return your product. We will refund if posted within 7 days, or exchange within 14.
We recommend you return these via recorded delivery and retain proof of purchase.
Refunds will be made via the original method of payment within 10 days of receiving goods.
Postage for refunds is the responsibility of the purchaser.
